Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Zulqarnain Jabbar, sole proprietor of OWNLYTIX, Multan, Pakistan. By creating an account or using OWNLYTIX, you agree to them. Contact: support@ownlytix.com.

1. The service

OWNLYTIX turns Google Search Console data, and data you add, into branded reports you can send to your clients. During the beta, features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may have interruptions.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and use OWNLYTIX for business.
  • You sign in with Google and verify one WhatsApp number per account. One person may not create multiple accounts to collect extra free credits.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

3. Your data and your clients' data

  • You keep all rights to your content and data. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve OWNLYTIX, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You confirm that you have the right to connect each website and to share its data, names, logos and emails with your clients.
  • Numbers you enter yourself (for example from Ahrefs or Semrush) are shown as entered by you; you are responsible for their accuracy.
  • Estimates in reports (such as traffic estimates from tools you use) are estimates, not promises of results.

4. Credits

  • Credits are used to send reports and some features; prices are shown in the app before every paid action.
  • Welcome credits and the free first report are given once per person (one phone number and Google account). Welcome credits can't be used until you verify your WhatsApp number. Referral and Facebook post credits follow the rules shown in the app; referral rewards may be held for review, and we may refuse or remove unspent credits gained through fake accounts, fake referrals, self-referrals or other abuse.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged, and do not expire while your account is open. Credits end when an account is deleted or closed for breaking these terms.
  • Purchased credits may be refunded under the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • connect websites or data you have no right to use;
  • use OWNLYTIX to mislead clients, for example by changing numbers labeled as Google data;
  • try to access other users' data, break security, overload the service or reverse-engineer it;
  • resell access to OWNLYTIX itself (sending reports to your own clients is the intended use);
  • upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, after notice where reasonable.

6. Third-party services

OWNLYTIX relies on Google, payment providers, app stores and other services. Their availability and terms are outside our control; for example, Google may limit or change Search Console data.

7. Our intellectual property

The OWNLYTIX software, brand and design belong to us. Reports you create are yours to share; the optional "Report built with OWNLYTIX" label may be turned off.

8. Disclaimers

OWNLYTIX is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free data, or any SEO or business result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost clients, profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

10. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end the service or your account with reasonable notice, and immediately for serious breaches of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before important changes take effect.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith by email; if unresolved, they go to the courts of Multan, Pakistan.
